I've never used Toothpowder before - how does it work?
Simply wet your toothbrush, shake off surplus water and press the brush into the powder so you get a fine coating on the bristles - then brush your teeth the way your dentist recommends.
The granular formula lifts stains and discolouration from the tooth and leaves it feeling really smooth and clean.
Where can I buy Eucryl?
Eucryl is available in larger Tesco, Morrisions, Superdrug, Savers and Wilkinson stores or via local pharmacies - visit our stockists section for more details.
Why can't I buy Eucryl Smokers anymore?
Eucryl Toothpowder is exactly the same product as Eucryl Smokers Toothpowder, it has just been re-packaged. We carried out some research with users of the Smokers Toothpowder, who told us that although they liked the product they did not want to be obviously labelled 'smokers', so we removed the word from the new silver packaging. However, all the ingredients have remained the same.
Eucryl toothpowder advises to use once or twice a week in addition to normal toothpaste - why?
We advise on the packs only to use the product 2 to 3 times a week as a guide because the formulation is so effective 2 to 3 times a week is enough to see results.
You can use Eucryl Toothpaste Freshmint and Eucryl Extreme daily as they have different formulations.
Do I still use my normal toothpaste?
Yes. Eucryl Toothpowder is used to remove stains 2 to 3 times a week, so you should continue to brush your teeth twice a day for 2 minutes as normal using your normal toothpaste.
You can use Eucryl Toothpowder Freshmint and Eucryl Extreme as part of your normal dental routine.
What can I do to protect my teeth in general?
Simple. Take your dentist's advice and avoid eating between meals and sugary snacks. Cutting down on tea, coffee, smoking and red wine will also reduce the amount of staining to your teeth.
